View was great, cleaning people were very nice

The older white guests were quite rude at the pool area. Before we entered the pool, they were watching us to make sure we showered there, although we showered in our room just before, and they were very strict about telling us not to enter without showering where they can see us (although they were not staff there at all). Afterwards, the staff told us to please shower there, and that was okay because he was the staff, but to be told by the guests was quite rude.

Complimentary tea, coffee ,sugar and mineral water were not provided daily in the hotel room.

Very close to the beach and main road. Nearby from both the Terminal 21 and Central Pattaya. View from the room was excellent too and the area was not chaotic at all. It was just a 15 mins distance from the Sanctuary of Truth as well. Well stay

The bed surround that the mattress fitted into was awkward and in the night when I got up I tripped on it and hit my face ended up with a black eye

Do have great sea, city, sunset, sunrise views. Accessible to convenience stores like Tops and 7-11. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Not really dislike, just provide some feedback for further improvement 1) Bathroom wall grout (white lines) need to redo as some are covered with moulds2) Shower Tap need polish as it’s covered with long time water stain marks3) Balcony rattan furniture need to some gloss varnish or change out4) Air-con compressor very noisy 5) Housekeeper had neglected the balcony cleaning when did daily housekeeping.

Not very clean bed was old not updated in years

Please note that the POOL is NON FUNCTIONAL at Markland seaside hotel.which was a big setback for us. My family is on vacation & we booked the hotel partly for the pool located on the 5th floor. We were informed that it was operational at the time odmf booking.. Very very disappointing.

NO POOL

I had booked a room for my wife, my 10-year-old daughter, and myself. At the reception, a girl deliberately gave us an extra bed, saying that we would have to pay for it for our daughter. She charged us a lot, and we were forced to take it. We still ended up sleeping on one bed. What do they mean when Booking.com didn't face any issue with our booking? We just had to deceive them. No matter how many people are in the room, they are more concerned about who knows.

very old, bad smell in room, cockroach, very old AC (annoying sound & water dripping from ac). In one sentence "need to renovate on an urgent basis).

The location is great just a few mins walking to Terminal 21 and has Tops supermarket under the building.

The room needs to be renovated on TV, Wardrobe.

Big rooms. Close to the beach. Great restaurant downstairs.

The engine of the aircon has a life of its own. It rattles and stumbles and is very noisy. If they would change them they would have a +1 point. We booked 2 rooms and it was the same in the other room.

Great location close to but not directly on the beach. Located close to shopping centre and nightlife. Great views of the ocean

Could have been nice to include a microwave and some basic kitchen/dining accessories

Location is good for looking the fireworks and walking around the beach

. The toilet smelled really bad. The stench that emitted from the drain was really nauseating. Complained to the front desk about it but to no avail. At night the cockroaches were playing tag in the toilet

Excellent beach front view with reasonable price. Wide room 45 meters, king bed, fully equipped with all needs. Friendly staff with security surrounding hotel 24/24. Strongly recommended for full relaxation. Tomy& his colleagues@ reception facilitate all needs.

Nothing I didn't like

very well located minutes away from the beach with convenience shops, restaurants around the corner while very peaceful at night. The furnishings are up to the mark as well as the staff
